Worship
What do our services look like?
Worship at Harpeth Presbyterian Church follows a traditional Presbyterian format, shaped by Scripture, prayer, preaching, and congregational singing. Our services are thoughtful and welcoming, offering space for reflection, community, and meaningful participation.
We regularly include special music that enriches our worship life, and each service concludes with the congregation singing the Benediction together, sending us out in faith and hope. Worship typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes.
Whether you are familiar with traditional worship or experiencing it for the first time, you are invited to come as you are and join us at a pace that feels comfortable.
Sunday Morning Schedule

Early Service
8:30 AM
Join us each Sunday in Steele Hall (our fellowship hall) for a service filled with worship, sharing breakfast together around the table, and fellowship.
This worship service offers a more casual atmosphere and the opportunity to gather around the table and share in Communion each week. The service structure is the same as our Late Service, just in a different setting.

Late Service
11:00 AM
Join us each Sunday in our Sanctuary for a more traditional worship service that still embodies the community at Harpeth.
This worship service offers a more traditional atmosphere without giving up the vibrant aspects of Harpeth. We share in Communion the first Sunday of each month. The service structure is the same as our Early Service, just in a different setting.
*Live Stream is available during this service.

One Service during Summer and Advent
10:00 AM
Join us each Sunday during the summer and Advent Season as we gather together in our historic Sanctuary. The service structure is the same as our Early and Late Services, just at a different time.

Nursery
Your children are always welcome in our worship services! Our nursery is also open during worship for children from birth to kindergarten. Children typically go to the nursery after the Children's Message before the Sermon. The nursery is also available during Sunday School for children under preschool age.
